We work for
sustainable development.

With the products that Entokim offers, we support reducing a significant amount of existing risks in our daily lives and improving the environment we live in.

Protective Measures for Public Health

  • Control of disease vectors such as malaria, dengue, chikungunya, and yellow fever
  • Control of asthma and allergy triggers (cockroaches, bed bugs)
  • Reducing the effects of infectious diseases such as salmonella, E. coli, cholera, typhoid, and leprosy transmitted by flies, cockroaches, and rodents.

Food Protection

Control of stored products, insects, and rodents that damage the quality and quantity of food.

Did you know that we share 20% of the food produced worldwide with insects?

Living Standards and Our Environment

  • Protection of homes with termite, rodent, and insect control products.
  • Preservation of green spaces and recreational facilities that make them more attractive and improve CO2 separation.
  • Maintenance of roads and railways that reduce the risk of fire.

Social Responsibility & Environment

Due to recent developments in the fight against climate change, investments in renewable (hydro, wind, solar, geothermal, etc.) clean energy production have started to increase rapidly. The energy sector's share in the production of gases that cause global warming is 66%.

In hydroelectric power plants, water taken from the river is carried to the loading pool without losing elevation. The water rested here is directed to the turbine through pressurized pipes. The clean energy produced by converting the potential power generated by the flow rate of the water into mechanical energy with the turbine and then into electrical energy by means of a generator is transmitted to the grid.

Global Warming / Climate Change

Climate change seriously affects global food production, causing greater fluctuations in our business life. It is predicted that it may result in a 10% increase in commercial prices and additionally 100 million people being malnourished.

The Population is Expected to Increase by 5% in 2050

Global agricultural production needs to at least double in the next 30 years to meet demand. Growing wealth, increasing meat consumption, and food needs predict that energy demand (biomaterials and biofuels) will increase by 100% in 2050. Competition between food/nutrients and biofuels/biomaterials, deforestation and loss of biodiversity can wipe out 15% to 40% of species as a result of a 2°C warming.
